Step 1. Sign Up

The registration process in ROIads is a no-brainer, so we won’t dwell on this step. Just fill out the form and kick-start.

Step 2. Log in and add funds

Once you log in, you’ll get access to the advertising account and its interface.

Сampaigns

At ROIads, this tab is for managing and monitoring your campaigns. You can create, edit, and pause campaigns here, set targeting options, allocate budgets and track their performance.

Insights

Creatives

Step 3. Start setting up your campaign

Let’s get the ROIads campaign setup off the ground.

In the first place, name the campaign and add the target URL.

Step 4. Make creatives

You can add up to 10 creatives per campaign. The team recommends uploading 5 creatives at least. Each creativity contains the link, title and message (the same as the description).

Step 5. Set up postback

ROIads provides the postback URL to track ad campaigns by clicks through {click_id} macro. Other allowed macros are indicated within the UI when typing the destination URL. Meaning that you can also keep track of your campaign by various parameters: bid price, creative id, campaign name and so on.

Step 6. Choose the GEO and targeting options

Keep in mind one thing about ROIads – 1 campaign = 1 GEO. If you want to add several GEOs, you’ll have to create several campaigns as well. 

Traffic parameters available fall into 2 categories: basic and advanced.

Technology options refer to basic ones:

• Carrier targeting;
• ISP targeting;

Step 7. Choose ROIads CPC rates and budget options

To set up the right bid, guided by the Insights tab. Defining the CPA goal is optional, but the feature is helpful when it comes to saving money and maximizing your campaign performance. 

The following step is budget allocation. The minimal daily budget is $25. You are free to spend your budget ASAP or evenly, depending on your goals and offer specifics. 

An unlimited budget option isn’t recommended by the team, but it takes place.

Step 8. Care about the schedule 

It is possible to run your campaign continuously or set a start and end date. When scheduling your campaign, keep UTC in mind.

Step 9. Set limits and launch the campaign

ROIads limits include both impressions and click caps. 

At this stage, you can already launch your campaign. If you have insights on the launch of similar offers as you run, try on optimization features within advanced settings: Microbidding and Whitelists/blacklists. 

The average moderation time is up to 5 minutes.
